INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

DIRECTIONS:

1. To prepare simple syrup, combine sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves; let it cool.

2. In a large pitcher, whisk together simple syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, lime juice as well as 5 cups water. Keep in the refrigerator till it chills.

3. Serve over ice.

2. Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco – This is very refreshing, bubbly, and sweet. The taste of added frozen raspberries as ice cubes is good. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups prosecco, chilled
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup limoncello liqueur, chilled
  • 6 sprigs of fresh mint

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a given large pitcher, whisk together prosecco and limoncello.

2. Serve over raspberries, garnished with mint, if desired.

3. Watermelon Slush – This can be prepared within 5 minutes with only 3 ingredients. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 cups diced seedless watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • Juice of 1 lime, optional

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine together watermelon, sugar, lime juice, and 1 cup ice in one’s blender until smooth.

2. Serve immediately.

4. Raspberry Peach Iced Tea – This slightly sweetened iced tea is very fruity and refreshing. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tea bags
  • 2 peaches, sliced, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar, or more to taste
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

1. Steep the tea bags in 4 cups of boiling water following package instructions; discard the tea bags and let the content cool.

2. Combine peaches, raspberries, and agave nectar in the blender until smooth; strain through cheesecloth or fine sieve.

3. In a large pitcher, whisk together the raspberry peach mixture and brewed tea. Place in refrigerator until it is chilled.

5. Sparkling Cherry Lemonade – It is an easy, budget-friendly lemonade and can be prepared within 15 min. No simple syrup is required.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ounces cherries, pitted
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 cups sparkling water

DIRECTIONS:

1. To prepare the cherry syrup, combine cherries, lemon juice, and sugar in one’s blender until smooth. Place in the refrigerator until it gets chilled.

2. Serve over ice cum sparkling water.

6. Blueberry Lemonade – It is easily prepared with homemade blueberry syrup and is refreshing, sweet, and tangy. It cools a person on a hot day.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup blueberries

DIRECTIONS:

1. To prepare the blueberry simple syrup, combine sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar gets dissolved. Stir in blueberries and bring to a boil; reduce heat and then simmer until blueberries have broken down about 3-4 minutes.

2. Strain blueberry mixture via a cheesecloth or fine sieve; let it cool.

3. In a large pitcher, whisk together the blueberry simple syrup, lemon juice, and 5 cups water. Place in one’s refrigerator until chilled.

4. Serve over ice as well as blueberries, if desired.

7. White Sangria Sparkler – It is a refreshing, bubbly sangria full of fruity goodness taste. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (750mL) bottle white wine
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons sugar, or more, to taste
  • 1 (750mL) bottle sparkling white wine
  • 8 sprigs of mint

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large pitcher, whisk together white wine, peaches, kiwis, raspberries as well as sugar.

2. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

3. Serve over ice with sparkling white wine, garnished with mint, if desired.
