Quit Smoking : Smoking is very dangerous to your health.

Avoid the noticeable such as fried foods, burgers & other fatty meats i.e. bacon, ham, pork, salami, ribs and sausage. Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in the low fat versions. Nuts and margarine, butter, sandwich meats, mayonnaise, and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts.

Drinking eight glasses of water per day is significant to your health, your normal diet and to help to lose the weight. Water is required for metabolism of your stored fat. Weight loss cannot occur without an active metabolism which needs large quantities of water. Another way to use water to lose the weight is to drink large glass of ice water just before meals. The cold causes the stomach to shrink slightly which would make you feel full faster.

Eat small meals slowly & frequently. scratch healthily.

Aerobic, swimming, cycling, walking and jumping are all considered aerobic activities. These should be performed daily atleast for 20 – 30 mintues.

Crash dieting, over exercising and fasting would slow down the metabolism.

Avoid eye strain by looking away from screen and focus on something in distance, then focus on something close to you, do this now and whilst at work. Good reason if you get caught looking at somebody, just tell him or her you are preventing eyestrain.

To lose the weight quickly, never skip a meal. Your first meal after waking starts the metabolism. Your metabolism then speeds up for about 8 hours and then starts slowing down until you go to sleep when it goes to low until you wake and eat and start the cycle again. Skip breakfast and your metabolism does not get started until lunch time. You have just missed 3 or 4 hours of fat burning time. When you skip meals during day, your metabolism also slows down. Weight loss through the burning of stored fat is all about eating sufficient of right kinds of foods so you stay full and your metabolism stays as high as possible
