Tips to get rid of Dark Elbow and Knees
Below mentioned are few tips to get rid of dark elbow and knees.
Lime juice:
Rub with the limejuice, leave for10 to 15 minutes. Soak a towel in the hot water and scrub firmly.
Coconut oil:
Mix one teaspoon of coconut oil with ½ a teaspoon of limejuice. Apply & rinse in the same way with the hot towel.
Rough Hands & Feet :
Corn flour:
Soak hands and feet in the water to which corn flour has been added. Soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
Onions:
Roast an onion, mash & make a paste. Apply on cracked heels. Rinse after 20 minutes. Continue for the month till cracks heal.
Mustard oil:
After a bath massage Mustard oil well into hands and feet. Rinse with water & pat with a towel to dry.
Yoghurt:
Add ½ teaspoon Vinegar to ½ a cup of curds or yoghurt. Massage feet & ankles well with this clean after 5 minutes.
Candle wax:
For cracks in heels, mix Candle wax with Mustard oil. Heat and apply. Wear socks & leave overnight.
Calluses :
Crush six Aspirin tablets in 1cup of water with 1 teaspoon of limejuice. Coat calluses with this. Cover with a warm towel. After 10 minutes scrub with a pumice stone and wash.
Weekly :
Once a week in ½ a bucket of water add 2 tablespoon of Vinegar and 1 teaspoon of limejuice. Add a gentle shampoo & soak hands and feet for 10 to 15 minutes. Rub with a pumice stone and then have a bath.
